Current Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager – London

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations in our London store. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with refined customer service and sales skills, ensuring every client receives an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in managing daily store operations and team performance

·       Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting customer relationships

·       Drive sales through expert product knowledge and storytelling

·       Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards

·       Monitor stock levels and liaise with the buying team on replenishment

·       Contribute to training and developing store staff

Requirements:

·       Previous retail management or supervisory experience in luxury fashion

·       Strong selling skills and a passion for connecting with customers

·       Excellent communication and organisational abilities

·       Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

·       Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
