IISE, which translates to 2nd generation, is a brand representing streetwear, techwear merging into Korean heritage. IISE, which is made up of six devoted individuals and led by brothers Terrence and Kevin Kim, is a part of these efforts to reimagine the country’s history. The brand’s strict design ethos seeks to combine both traditional and modern sensibilities, showcasing its Korean origins through a meticulous lens. Each piece is made in Seoul, utilising a combination of Korean fabrics, techniques, and a mix of modern and traditional design aesthetics. IISE uses high quality materials, Gore Tex technology and a focus on craftsmanship, striving to create wardrobe staples with special characteristics that make each piece uniquely IISE. Gore Tex jackets, multi-pocket outerwear pieces and techwear silhouettes were seen on the Seoul and New York runways.
